MISSION STATEMENT:
BL4CK’s goal is to strengthen the UTAH community through active education, social connections, and interactive entertainment.
We will use our expertise in Music, Film, Dance, Sports, and the Arts to expand awareness of Black Stories, Black Joy, Black Love, while facilitating more purposeful and powerful communities with all of Utah.
Our desire is to implement “result based” programs to build mutually beneficial relationships and to help Black People rise out of the constant fear and doubt to become good leaders in good communities in Utah.
Most people here don’t realize, that there are about 35,000 Blacks that reside in Utah, and the number is rapidly growing because of the racial crisis in Big Cities. If we do this right, ultimately, we could help several thousands of Blacks be RESPECTED and HONORED members of our community.
